SREE VANI BUDDHA 

The first and second noble truths are:  suffering comes from our difficulty in facing the basic fact of life and everything around us is impermanent and transitory:  all things arise and pass away.  The idea of a separate individual self is an illusion.  Whenever we resist the flow of life and try to cling to fixed forms which are all illusion (maya), we are trapped in a vicious circle where every action generates further reaction.  The answer to each question poses new questions, known as samsara (bondage of karma).  The cycle of birth and death is driven by the bondage of karma, the never-ending chain of cause and effect.  The third and fourth noble truths state that it is possible to end the vicious circle of samsara (bondage of karma).  Through right seeing and right knowing, with a clear insight into the human condition, is the necessary starting point:  and through conscious awareness, which is the right meditation.  In this state, the false notion of a separate self forever disappears and the oneness of life becomes and absolute ultimate reality.
